MUSIC: On Friday night at 8 pm, the Skirball Cultural Center presents the sixth edition of Into the Night featuring the synth-pop sounds of the band Tamaryn as they play to a live liquid light show by the Joshua Light Show. There are more than 100 booths for vendors, artists and entertainers, too, to the event that’s estimated to attract more than 15,000 people. The market features food, art, live entertainment, community organizations, a beer and wine garden, and carnival games.

    Hey skateboarding community! I went to art school. One of these days someone is actually going to ask me to take part in one of these instead of just posting about it. There’s one skate art show (Hecklewood’s Board Pushers) and one skate art auction for charity ( Complete Skate) both happening Thursday December 4th in Portland. I had other plans but you know what they say about the best laid plans and opinions, or is that assumptions? Errrr, yeah.
